My plan was to complete char dham in two trip so I decided that first I will do Yamunotri and Gangotri and in second trip Kedarnath and Badrinath Start Date - 30th May 2011 Completed date -07th May 2011 Day 1 - Boarded the LTT-Haridwar Day 2 - Haridwar Day 3 - Barkot Day 4 -Barkot - Yamnotri - Barkot Day 5 -Barkot -Harsil Day 6 -Harsil - Gangotri - Uttarkashi Day 7 -Uttarkashi - Rishikesh Day 8 - Rishikesh - Haridwar Day 9 - Mumbai 30 th may 2011 –In the morning 6.00 am took the auto to reach lokmanya terminus to catch the trian - LTT-Haridwar special , . its complete Ac train .The journey was as such comfortable , there was no pantary in the train , there was problem for good food to get from the stations , as it was a super fart train there was limited stoppage and distance between two stoppage for more than 4 hrs .it was good that we have packed good amount of food from home . 31th may 2011 – reached Haridwar on time 1.20pm , .it was hot , we...

It is also called Namgyal Dratsang in local language and was founded by Sonam Gyasto, the third Dalai Lama in 1575. The aim behind the monastery was to assist Dalai Lama in his public religious activities and perform prayers for welfare of Tibet .
